Olivier is the founder and managing partner of Day One, an independent and international consulting firm specializing in strategic alignment for professional service firms (audit, accounting, consulting, legal…) and internal corporate functions, (compliance, internal audit, legal, tax…). Day One is based in Paris, New York, Stockholm and Casablanca. In this role, Olivier oversees a team of professionals that helps clients align their organization with their strategy at each stage of their company’s life cycle.
Before creating Day One, Olivier worked with Arthur Andersen as a Director of Marketing and Development, and he developed a marketing and business development function at Ernst & Young. He is currently a Member of the Board at Cognacs Camus and has advised French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s Darrois Commission in 2008, as well as Sarkozy’s Attali Commission on Growth Liberalization for France in 2007.
Olivier is a Lecturer at SciencesPo Law School in Legal Project Management and at the Management Consulting Executive MBA program at Toulouse Business School, France. Among his various published works are the books “The Legal department of the Future” for Lextenso editions (March 2014), “Professional Service Firms Position and Development” for editions EMS (May 2006) and “The ABC of Marketing Management” for editions EMS (July 2003).
Olivier holds a Master of Arts from the University of Paris La Sorbonne and a Master of Arts from California State University at San Jose, and he has completed an Executive Program on Leading Professional Service Firms at Harvard Business School. Mr. Chaduteau is also a Legal Expert before the Court of Appeal of Paris, France on strategy and corporate general management policy.
